Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Guidelines (Special Note)
The ACC Guidelines are in effect as of 08/15/2009. The guidelines are revised on a regular basis and it is important to note that any owner (lot or residence) who is considering construction, renovation, landscaping, etc. should obtain the most recent revision prior to beginning any work. The latest version is available at the Paa-ko Sales Office.
