This year, at the annual membership meeting which will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 there will be an election to fill three (3) Board of Director’s seats.The seats will each be filled for a term of four years. These board seats are those currently held by Michael Boice; Scott Verhines; and, Jerome Gonzales. All members of the Association have the right to nominate themselves or other members of the Association to fill the vacant board positions. To do so, simply submit your nomination or nominations to Ms. Eugenia Young at the Board’s office in Albuquerque, by letter, fax or email.

Nominations MUST be received not later than 5:00 p.m. MST on Monday, September 8, 2025.  Each nomination must include the name of the nominee, contact information, including - telephone, email, and address. In addition, the nominee must include a completed “Statement of Interest” (with short biographical introduction). The completed “Statement of Interest” will be included in the Notice of Annual Member Meeting – mailed to all members thirty (30) days prior to the meeting on 10/8/25.  Any nominations received after 5:00 p.m. MST on September 8, 2025 will not be eligible to be on the election ballot.
