Countdown to Pool Closure – October 1^st (end of day – open on the 1^st)

After consulting with our pool replastering contractor, the pool draining date is set for October 2^nd, unless the contractor’s schedule shifts, which would allow us to remain open a few more days. We must drain the pool and allow the surface sufficient time to dry before the plaster removal process begins.

Your resident pool operators – two of whom attend local high schools – thank you for your cooperative, clean, and safe use of our community pool.

In the September STROLL Magazine, there was an advertisement and an invitation to the Paa-Ko community to my October 18th presentation of my father's "Driving for Fred Harvey's Southwest Indian Detours".

The program has been cancelled due to road construction at the Belen Harvey House Museum, where the presentation was to be held.
