2024 Wildfire Series - Emergency Go Bag Presentation

FROM EMWPA:

EMWPA is bringing back one of its most popular programs.  On April 27th, we will have the EMERGENCY GO BAG program, presented by Karen Takai.

All attendees will receive our "GO BAG", which was created by Karen to give you a starter bag designed for a wildfire emergency.

Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pan-Ko Sewer Association

Free Green Waste Days

Bernalillo County, in cooperation with Ciudad Soil and Water Conservation District and NM Counties, will be sponsoring Spring 2024 Green Waste Days. This will be a great opportunity for everyone to remove any green waste that you have created when working on your home hazard risk reduction projects.  
Reduce overall density of the surrounding trees
Sweep roof and cleanup gutter
 Reduce "ladder fuels" - leaves, dead branches, etc

It will be from April 13-28 from 8 am to 4 pm.  East Mountain Transfer Station is located at 711 Highway 333 just east of Tijeras.

ALL LOADS MUST BE COVERED!!
